General

The holiday home for 13 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private, indoor), a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Air source heat pump heating included (October-March £70per week, £50 per short break). Private indoor heated swimming pool (20ft x 10ft), heating charge October-March £150per week, £75 per short break, available until 9pm daily. Strictly no hen/stag parties or single sex groups.

Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 13 km, restaurant, bar 500 m. Golf course 750 m. Nearby attractions: Edinburgh 50 km, Perth 37 km, Stirling 26 km, St Andrews 57 km, Gleneagles 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Leven 13 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Golfers are well catered for with many courses in the surrounding area, St Andrews and Gleneages are both under an hour away. Ideally located to explore Central Scotland, including Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee, St Andrews.

There is a lake/open water less than 13 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Powmill House in Powmill you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
