Exit to the garden, to the patio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed, shower/WC and TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Mezzanine. Heating. Beautiful view of the bay. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. There are 2 single guest beds available to book to accommodate 10 pax.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
