In the centre of Northam, on the outskirts, 3.3 km from the centre of Bideford, in a secluded position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden with lawn, courtyard. Patio, garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Barnstaple" 16 km, sandy beach "Westward Ho!" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: North Devon Surf School 2.7 km, Milky Way Adventure Park 15 km, Elliot Gallery 23 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
