In the centre of Northam, on the outskirts, 3.3 km from the centre of Bideford, in a secluded position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden with lawn, courtyard. Patio, garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Barnstaple" 16 km, sandy beach "Westward Ho!" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km.
