Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: living room with digital TV. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 2nd upper floor: 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Please note: no parking. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
Mevagissey: Beautiful cottage "Winterbrook Cottage", renovated in 2021. In the resort Mevagissey, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 320 m from the sea, 320 m from the beach. Shop 320 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 300 m, pub garden 350 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 650 m, railway station 9 km, ferry "Mevagissey to Fowey" 320 m, diving center 3 km. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
