Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 open small room with 1 bed. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large garden. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains, the garden, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. little room for fitness.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
