The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

On the lower ground floor: sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with panoramic window with 3 beds and shower/WC. Garden 160 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Partial view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
