Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 children's room with 2 beds (80 cm). 2 balconies, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. No lift.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
