Exit to the balcony, east facing position and south facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Small balcony 10 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
