Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking, in winter at 300 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.
Bullet 7 km from Ste-Croix: Beautiful chalet "Chalet la Frêtaz", 1'269 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Bullet, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 1.6 km, café 2 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, slopes 3.5 km, cross country ski track 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Rasses. Hiking paths: Chasseron. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
