2-room apartment on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2019, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Large, beautiful apartment house "Fis", 6 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the district of Untere Matten, 300 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 300 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 550 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
