Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with bar. On the lower ground floor: 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: living room with TV, DVD and DVD collection available. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace, lawn. Barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. the pool will not be prepared on last minute booking. (7 days before arrival).

Private: large garden, swimming pool (above ground) (depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). Stepped path to the house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
