Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Please note: non-smokers only.
Residence "Dahlia", 1'600 m a.s.l.. In the resort, in a sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop 17 km, grocery 50 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Champoussin village" 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 10 km, sports centre 10 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, ski lift 100 m, ski rental 50 m, cross country ski track 11 km, ice rink 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
