General

The holiday home for 14 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders), a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Chalet "Naulaz", 1'500 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached. Outside the resort, 1.9 km from the centre of Les Crosets, in a sunny position on a slope. Private: natural state property. In the house: sauna, central heating system. 200 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 16 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 16 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 7 km. Ski lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 16 km, Aéroport Genève 140 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
