The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

"Boule de Neige", 6-room chalet on 3 levels. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace, to the patio. Large, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Filter), fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: playroom. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position, terrace, west facing position. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, in winter at 500 m. Please note: non-smokers only. In winter the access road to the chalt is closed due to snow. Ski in/Ski out.

Chalet "Boule de Neige", 1'700 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. 500 m steep footpath to the house. Parking, in winter 500 m. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 300 m. Walking paths from the house 1 m, ski lift, chair lift 300 m, slopes 1 m, ski rental 500 m, ice rink 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
