Bright, fully renovated in 2019, very comfortable and romantic furnishings: living/dining room 36 m2 with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and radio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 open large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Small terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only, parking space for small car only.

Motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m. Parking (limited number of spaces). Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
