You will receive the SaastalCard from us - with this you may use the buses within the Saasvalley for free during the year - in the summertime you may use most of the cable cars as well. Cable cars in the summer included (without Metro Alpin). Cosy 3.5-room apartment for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children. 55 m2. Living room with TV, player and a balcony with a breathtaking view to the south. New kitchen with dining table and view to the south as well as access to the balcony. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue pan and raclette oven. Large double room and a small room with a bunk bed. Small, new bathroom with shower and toilet. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Free Wlan.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. All the linen is available. Non-smoker apartment. You will receive your fantastic SaastalCard as soon as you arrive, ensuring total holiday freedom in Saas-Fee/Saastal!

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
