The apartment "Nico" is equipped as follows: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one open-plan kitchen-cum-living room. The first room features a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub with divider, washstand with furniture and mirror cabinet and lavatory facilities). The second room features twin beds and its own satellite TV set. The second bathroom is equipped with a floor level rainwater shower, washstand with furniture and mirror cabinet and lavatory facilities. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, steamer, cooking stove, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living area right next to the kitchen features a (pullout) sofa and satellite TV set. The (2,0 m deep) south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a beautiful view of the Pennine mountain scenery. There is a ski and bike storage room in the building which can also be used by guests.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
