General

The holiday home for 16 persons has seven bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds, five double beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two fireplaces, two heaters and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, eight showers, two washbasins and seven toilets.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two dishwashers, an oven and a coffee maker.

7 bedrooms dispose of their own en-suite bathroom. The modern 8-seater cable-car to the ski area La Tzoumaz - Verbier - 4 Vallées can be easily reached on foot - about 350 m.

Large living room with couch arrangement, cozy chimney corner and flatscreen-TV on the first floor. Homely dining area easily suitable for 16 people. The kitchen, open to the living room, is very well and fully equipped. You have access to the huge panoramic terrace with a great view on the Bernese Alps and the Rhone Valley. On this floor there is also a double room and a room with a bunk bed. Separate toilet. The 2nd floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. On the ground floor you will find 3 more double bedrooms. After an exciting day of skiing, you can perfectly relax in the sauna. There is also a shower in the sauna area. In the ski room you can store your skis and boots comfortably. Private parking space directly in front of the chalet.

Perfect location, just ~150 m walking distance from the resort center of La Tzoumaz (foot path, not snow cleared). In the village center you find a good supermarket, several shops, Valaisan and international restaurants, kindergarden. So, there is no need to use a car for skiing, shopping or dining. About 350 m to the modern 8-seater cable-car (direct connection with Verbier-Les 4 Vallées), the slopes, ski school, indoor swimming pool and ice rink.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
