On the lower ground floor: shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Top floor: 1 small double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 open room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony, terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
