Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: living room with satellite TV. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Natural stone floors. Large balcony, north facing position and west facing position, small balcony, east facing position terrace, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
