"Le Ruisseau", 3-room chalet 74 m2 on 3 levels. Fully renovated in 2015, beautiful furnishings: small living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: gallery, ceiling height 150 cm with 1 sleeping facility and DVD. Small balcony 8 m2, north facing position. Barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
Les Clèves: Small chalet "Le Ruisseau", 3 storeys, renovated in 2015. Outside the resort, 30 m from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream. Private: natural garden 500 m2. Bumpy, steep motor access to 50 m from the house, except in winter 150 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m steep footpath (40 steps) to the house. Parking space n 10 (in winter) at 150 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m. Gondola lift 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet piste de ski 10 m. Hiking paths: Le bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
