Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (190 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, large terrace, south-west facing position. Barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car), garage, height 195 cm, width 250 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.
Tena: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet "La Truffe", 2 storeys, built in 2005. On the outskirts. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
