This historical accommodation has now been lovingly and high-quality renovated by me to provide you with an unforgettable stay. The accommodation is located 300 m walking distance from the Mörel-Filet train station and the Riederalp valley station.
The apartment has 3.5 rooms and accommodates up to 8 people. You will find four single beds and two sofas, all designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for every amateur chef. It features an induction stove, an oven and a microwave to assist you in preparing your meals. A large SMEG refrigerator provides ample space for all your food and beverages. There is also a large dining table where you can enjoy meals together. If you need to work during your stay, there are two separate work areas that are perfect for a home office. The “Old Community Room” combines historical charm with modern comfort and is the perfect place for your next vacation or business trip. We look forward to welcoming you!

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
