Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Parking space n 201. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Ski locker in the garage. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
