Maximum: 1 parking space for 1 car depending on availability in the outdoor car park.

Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Stepped path (64 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 100 m. Shop 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Crans-sur-Sierre, La Délège" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski-kindergarten 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang Long 3 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
