The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a tennis court, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, hydro massage shower. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 balconies, terrace. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
