Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
Child friendly, cosy chalet "Bergfink", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1963. In the district of Bina, 500 m from the centre, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area, on a main road. For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 600 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run 500 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Private ski room with boot warming system is next to the Bergbahn Hannigalp.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
