95 m2. More information by the provider: Casa Yolanda is located next to the Flying Center in the hamlet of Wichel in the small Valais village of Fieschertal. Fieschertal is the 7th largest village in Switzerland in terms of area. The house is in a flat, sunny location accessible all year round. From the balcony you can see the wide valley towards Fiesch. No other house disturbs your view. You watch the sun rise, the sun set and follow the moon's journey until early in the morning. Nobody disturbs your peace on the balcony, protected from wind and weather. The street is not a thoroughfare.Like Zermatt, we are at the end of the world. Many hiking trails lead from us in all directions. We are only 2 minutes away from the Wichel bus stop. The bus takes you to the new gondolas that lead to the Aletscharena and to the train station in Fiesch, where the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn runs every half hour to Brig or to Oberwald and even to Zermatt. The bus station is also located here with connections to Fieschertal, to Ernen in the music village, to Ausserbinn and Binn, which is known for its minerals. There are 7 apartments in Casa Yolanda. We, the owners of the Mireille holiday apartment, live on the second floor. We take care of the guests who rent a holiday apartment from us. Here you can find everything, including what makes a child's heart beat faster. Just 5 minutes away you will find the Blätz ski lift, where children can learn to ski. In front of Casa Yolanda is the landing site of Hansi Zeiter's paragliding school. He is our direct neighbor in the house next door. The barbecue area invites you to linger and can be used by guests. Wood is available. You will find a grass pitch between the Flying Center and Casa Yolanda. Here you can enjoy the Valais sun undisturbed in a deck chair and read your reading. The 3.5 room family apartment Mireille is on the 1st floor of Casa Yolanda. With 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for families and also for "older" couples, as you don't have to climb so many stairs to get to the apartment door. The Mireille apartment faces south, with views of the valley, the greenery, the paragliding landing area and the Breithorn and Bettlihorn mountains opposite. The bedrooms are on the side overlooking the village. Bedroom 1: 3 single beds and 2-door wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (2 mattresses), bedside tables and lights, a 4-door wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror. There is space for a child's bed here. Bathroom: BATHTUB AND SHOWER, sink with mirror cabinet and base cabinet with 2 doors, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels. Flooded with daylight. Bathroom 2: toilet with washbasin and base cabinet with 2 doors and a mirror. Large living room, tiled floor, corner sofa for 6-8 people, sideboard with family games, wall unit with lots of books and display cabinet, TV, desk and chair with office lamp for home office. Dining area with 6 chairs and dining table. This table can be enlarged depending on the number of people. Table linen on request. High chair for kids The large balcony with parasol and balcony furniture invites you to linger. From here you can watch the paragliders as they move through the air and land in front of Casa Yolanda. Unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fondue and raclette set and coffee machine.
In front of Casa Yolanda is the landing zone for the paragliding school “Flying Center Oberwallis,” led by Hansi Zeiter. An inviting barbecue area is available for you to enjoy. Pure nature. Fresh air to breathe. Free parking right in front of the house. Wireless LAN is available at no cost throughout the entire chalet. Laundry fee CHF 20 per person (for bedsheets and towels); final cleaning  CHF 80-120, depending on occupancy. Children 6 and under stay for free. One pet allowed at CHF 5 per day.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
