General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The chalet features both upper and lower sections, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups.

The lower part accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children in a cozy "stube." It includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The inviting living room features a sofa bed suitable for up to two children. For added convenience, the basement is equipped with two washing machines, a tumble dryer, and shared amenities like a BBQ, children's games, raclette sets, a crepe pan, high chairs, and a baby bed.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
