The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, three double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, two showers and a steam shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two fridges, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two coffee makers, two microwaves, a stove, a convection microwave and two ovens.

The ground floor features a cozy "stube" accessible via an internal staircase, along with a double bedroom and a room with twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Guests can take advantage of the garage and two extra parking spaces with skillful parking; public parking is available just 100 meters away. The basement includes laundry facilities, children's games, raclette sets, a crepe pan, high chairs, and a baby bed.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
