The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, indoor) and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
