Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, bath/WC, separate WC and cable TV (flat screen), DVD and electric shutters. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Balcony, south-west facing position. Deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 3 at 260 m, height 176 cm, width 252 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Garage not available for 3 weeks at the end of July/August.

Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang Long 2.5 km, Lac Grenon 2.3 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The building was built on a sloping lot. Floors are handled as levels counted from the residence floor.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
