Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Balcony, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 3 at 260 m, height 176 cm, width 252 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bakery 1.2 km, bus stop 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1 km, Etang Long 2.5 km, Lac Grenon 2.1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The building was built on a sloping lot. Floors are handled as levels counted from the residence floor.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
