Beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Les Faverges". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, 700 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 140 m, grocery 160 m, supermarket 130 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, skisport facilities 700 m, ski rental 450 m, ice field 600 m, children's playground 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.8 km, Lac Grenon 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
