Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

For shared use: garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bakery 30 m, bus stop "Lucernois" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.2 km, skisport facilities 370 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 1.7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lac Grenon 1.7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
