There is a big balcony with a wonderful view over the mountains and skiing slopes on each floor. One bathroom has a shower and a washing machine with drier, the other bathromm has a bathtub. There is plenty of space in the ,living room and dining room andthe kitchen is huge. The distribution of the beds is as follows: 3 double rooms with 1 x double bed of 160 x 200cm, 2 x 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, one single room with a bed of 90 x 200cm and a sleeping couch with a high qualitiy matres of 140 x 200cm. The apartement has been completely renovated on 2011.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
