The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 showers/WC. Panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Single-family house "Midat Soleil", 2 storeys, detached. In the district of la Pleyeuse, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the grounds. Parking, single garage. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "La Pleyeuse" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, sports centre 2 km, chair lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 2 km. Please note: free ski bus service to the ski region de la station à 200m. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
