Large, open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Upper floor: playroom with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
