The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a table tennis table and an elevator.

Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

Les Crosets 9 km from Val d'Illiez: Residence "Les Cimes", 1'720 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public car park at 500 m, extra. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 10 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, slopes 100 m. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
