Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds (70 cm, length 180 cm), satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Large garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
