The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel and generator! Stove, boiler and fridge are gas-operated. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Note: Mountain road 15 km from Malvaglia real time 25 minutes. >> The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month. In the district of Fontané with 12 houses, in the district Val Malvaglia, in a quiet, elevated position, 10 m from the river, south facing position. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 1.4 km long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). 50 m footpath (5 steps) to the house. Width of access road: 300 cm. Parking at the house at 50 m. Shop 15 km, grocery 15 km, supermarket 15 km, shopping centre 18 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 15 km, pub garden 6 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-FFC" 22 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 6 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
