Parking at 200 m. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 13 km, railway station "Biasca" 20 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Mercato di Bellinzona, sabato, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Chiesa di Negrentino, Archivio Doneta, Locarno, Ascona, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Greina, Lucomagno. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
