All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. ,The flat house is located at the foot of Monte Bré. It offers a magnificent view over the bay of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore. (not from apartment 208, which does not have a view of the lake.) Some parking spaces (8 in total) are available (CHF 56.00 / week). Please note: The parking space can only be confirmed and allocated upon arrival. Public parking spaces (blue zone, paid) are available nearby. Important: The parking card for the blue zone must be obtained from the city / police (CHF 10.00 / day, CHF 30.00 / week, max. 3 weeks). Information on site. The parking of bicycles is not possible. Bus line 2 goes directly from / to Lugano station 200 m in front of the residence!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
