Caslano 8 km from Lugano: Residence "Parcolago (Utoring)", surrounded by trees. In the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: park, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: restaurant, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking, communal covered parking at the house. Shop 700 m, restaurant 10 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, lake Lago di Lugano. Golf course 3 km, tennis 500 m, minigolf 3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
