Brissago 10 km from Locarno und Ascona: Beautiful apartment block "Calebris", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 110 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 20 m long narrow motor access to the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
