Kitchen-/living room (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso,mitbringen) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with open-hearth fireplace and radio. Exit to the patio, south facing position and east facing position. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). (steep stair) computer room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 31.03. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
