The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a patio and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x) (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The kitchen and the boiler will be fueled by gas. The electricity is generated by solar pannel. NL-00003076

Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Archivio fotografico Donetta. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Passi alpini. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Animals in the neighbourhood. , Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel. Stove and refrigerator are gas-operated. Electrical appliances about 250W can not be operated. Ideal holiday home for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility and good for families with children. Important note: In bad weather can not be driven up to the house and the car must be parked 1km away, about 15 minutes to walk, 4x4 car recommended!!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
