Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Natural stone floors. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
