Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
