The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Open large gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the river. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n Scavino (1 car) at the house, height 195 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No lift. :InnHub construction project in front of the house approx. 30 m (March 2025 - approx. March 2028).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
